Hi, about the cardamom/rosemary -- looking at their essential oils, they do share a few compounds, like eucalyptol (cineol). I can actually convince myself I smell eucalyptus in cardamom, but I really can't in rosemary. I think my sense of smell was just a bit loopy on the bread pudding. The delicious bread pudding.
Christina- Hey, thanks for such a gorgeous meal. It was a fantastic and yummy way to stay warm and sated on such a blustery Sunday. Hopefully we'll see you down here in the near future, and I've been telling everyone about your place.
Foraged and Found Edibles is a northwest wild food business selling locally to restaurants and at farmer's markets in the Seattle area. Throughout the spring you will find them at Saturdays at the University District Market and Sundays at Ballard market.
We'll be by on Sunday! The sign looks great :)
